Return Policy for Arushi's Jewels

 

At Enwipe, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Arushi's Jewels. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Items must be returned within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within the 7 to 14-day return window to initiate the return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Authorization:  After contacting us, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions.

3. Pack and Ship:  Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds:

- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

Exchanges:

- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
